West Way Square - A mixed-use development opening in West Oxford

An exciting new development called West Way Square by The Botley Development Company, a joint venture between Mace Developments and Doric Properties, is on schedule to open this year.

Designed to reinvigorate the local centre’s character and the surrounding area, West Way Square will include a selection of restaurants, cafés and convenience stores with Tesco Express, Iceland, Lloyds Pharmacy, Chancellors, and Co-op Food Market among the retail businesses expected to have a presence there.

The development will also include a Premier Inn with 123 bedrooms, and there will be 261 student apartments and 144 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, plus 3,300 sq ft of office space for a small or medium-sized business.

When completed, West Way Square will complement the charm of this bustling West Oxford neighbourhood and offer something for the whole community and the many people who visit the district.

The central public piazza with restaurants and cafes will provide an attractive focal point for residents, visitors, shoppers and the local community.

With 300 parking spaces available and great transport links into Oxford City Centre, this revitalised town centre will be a thriving hub with regular visitors too, using the hotel, library, church and community hall.
